Annual Amberlea Junior/ Senior Tournament &
Club Opening Luncheon
The Amberlea Tennis Club held it's Junior / Senior Tournament on
Saturday, June 19th followed by the Club Opening Luncheon.
A special thanks to Richard Romyn for organizing and directing the
tournament this year. The rain held off and the tournament was a great
success with some exceptionally good tennis played. The tournament
winners this year were Han Nguyen and Dennis Cimic.
The Club hosted it's annual opening luncheon immediately following the
tournament. Thanks to all who dropped by for good food and an
opportunity to meet the Amberlea Tennis Club Committee and club
members.
The dates for the 2011 Junior/Senior Tournament will be posted at spring
registration. This event is a fantastic way to meet new players and put your
tennis skills to the test. We look forward to the Club's new members
signing up for the challenge!
